Our purpose is to provide consistent,
accessible gender-affirming care
to the LGBTQ+ community
in the High Country.
We are looking for more information about barriers and needs for gender-affirming care in the High Country. If you or someone you know is transgender or gender-diverse, we encourage you to share your experience!
Gender-affirming care may include services such as hormone therapy, surgical care, voice therapy, and other supportive services that affirm a person’s gender identity.
We are collecting this information (anonymously!) to be sure we’re meeting actual needs in our community, not just making assumptions, and learn about other ways we might be able to help. We also use this information to apply for grant funding and donations.

We’re a spirited crew of local health providers and LGBTQ+ advocates on a mission to make gender affirming health care accessible.
